• Our rug risk scores are algorithmic estimates only — even low-scored tokens may be fraudulent
• Regulatory changes may significantly impact the value or legality of any cryptocurrency

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials on Aevum Scan — including the Aevum Scan name, logo, mark, and design system — are our intellectual property protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Data

We retrieve data from DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, and the Solana blockchain. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability. All data is provided "as is" without warranty.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI analysis features may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI content is not a substitute for professional advice and should not be the sole basis for any investment decision.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee the Service will be available at all times. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime due to maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Scan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses arising from your reliance on this Service or your cryptocurrency trading decisions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim (zero for free tier users).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

United Kingdom

We are not authorised or regulated by the FCA. Nothing in this Service constitutes a regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

United States
